Hi, I’m Katherine. I am a board-approved National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP) in Tennessee. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health. I am EMDR trained and working toward certification.

Clients I typically work with are individuals, couples, or families presenting with life transitions, trauma (generational, single event, long-term, relationship, or spiritual trauma), complex stress or anxiety, complicated relationship dynamics, neurodivergent mindset, and lifestyles.

I am passionate about helping other helpers, such as counselors or mental health professionals, first responders, medical providers, nurses, and teachers or educators.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family and pets, being in nature, gardening, photography, and reading.

I am currently in-network with BCBS, UHC, and several EAPS. If I am out-of-network with a specific insurance, I provide clients with super-bills.
